Founding Venues FAQ
At the end of your 3-year term, you transition to standard published pricing at that time. We cap annual increases at 10% for all customers, so there's no price shock. You'll also have the option to renew at a loyalty rate based on your tenure.
Yes. If your venue grows and you need a higher tier, you upgrade at the 25% Founding Venue discount on the new plan. The rate lock applies to whichever plan you're on.
The rate lock is a pricing guarantee from us to you — not a lock-in. You can cancel your subscription at any time. The 3-year term simply means your rate won't change during that window if you stay active.
We're capping the program at 15 venues. Once they're filled, the Founding Venues program closes and new customers start at standard pricing. We'll update this page as spots fill.
Founding Venues get a dedicated email and phone line to the development team — not a help desk. Feature requests from Founding Venues get prioritized on the roadmap. You're helping build the platform, and we want to hear what's working and what isn't.
